AEP plans power outage Aug. 26  

FPS staff report

American Electric Power officials have scheduled a planned power outage in the early morning hours of Aug. 26 that will affect residents in the village of Carrollton.

Dave Heck of the New Philadelphia AEP facility said the outage is scheduled to begin at 2 a.m. and last about two hours.

The outage is necessary to establish a new tie-in at the Carrollton substation located off 12th St.
