Marilyn C. Zwick
Marilyn C. Zwick, age 75, of East Rochester, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013, in Great Trail Care Center in Minerva.
Born Oct. 11, 1937, in Louisville, she was a daughter of Andrew "Pete" and Lillian (Rupple) Hupp.
She was a homemaker and was a teacher's aide for Minerva Local School District at West Elementary for 18 years. She was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Minerva.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth E. Zwick, whom she married July 5, 1958; three sons, Thomas (Lena) Zwick of Clinton, Terry (Judie) Zwick of Minerva and Kevin (Marcia) of Randolph; son-in-law, Doug Myers of Canfield; sister, Shirley (Lynn) Dearth of Hartville; eight grandchildren; a great grandson, and her long time caregiver, Marie Walton of Minerva.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Colleen Myers, who died in 2011; and a granddaughter, Sarah Myers, who died in 2006.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be Friday, Oct. 4 at 11 a.m. in St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Minerva with Fr. Victor Cinson as celebrant. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday 5-9 p.m. in Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
