To the Editor:
Regarding the story in the paper recently about the fact that 14 percent of the population of Carroll County goes hungry: if all these oil and gas companies with their millions and billions of dollars really want to help Carroll County, let them use their money to help end hunger. Then maybe me and many others will begin to believe them. Let’s also see the commissioners and government leaders get behind this as well. Then maybe for once we’ll believe them instead of the lies we’ve gotten all the time.
