To the Editor:
On March 26, I was traveling north on Canton Rd., a highway that has a center turn lane. There are left turn signs and nothing on the road indicates it is a merging lane. In other words, if you enter the left lane to merge with traffic, you must go over the right lane and merge with traffic. A small bus was using the middle lane to drive in to merge with vehicles driving up the right lane of the road. The driver was lucky I slowed my vehicle down to let him in the lane of traffic. This seems to happen quite a lot. Where are our police to enforce the laws?
