BID NOTICE

The Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. will receive proposals for a new NFPA 1901 2016 Edition compliant 2000-gallon tanker truck. Exact specifications are available for pick up at the firehouse located at 178 Amsterdam Rd. SE, Scio, OH 43988 or by calling the station at 330-627-9153 to schedule an appointment. All vendor bids, along with complete truck specifications, must be delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked as “Perry Township Tanker Project” on the outside of the envelope. All submissions shall be delivered to the above address on or before Friday, September 22, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Opening of bids will take place Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. The selected vendor will be notified by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 25, 2017.

The Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding process for just cause.
