Arlene M. Emhoff, 81, of Wintersville, formerly of Cadiz, died Friday, March 19, 2010 in The Laurels of Steubenville. She was born July 3, 1928 in Brady’s Bend, Pa., a daughter of the late Fred and Bertha Hillwig Hay. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas E. Emhoff and her brother, Kenneth Hay. There will be no visitation. Private service at the convenience of the family with Rev. R.J. Leek officiating. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale, Ohio.
