Nancy Kelly Heil Mickey, 54, of Hopedale, formerly of Weirton, W.Va., and Roanoke, Va., died Friday at her home. She was born Nov. 24, 1955, in Weirton, a daughter of the late Bernard V. Kelly Sr. and Eleanor Marie Baier Kelly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Mark Heil. Friends may call Monday from 3-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, Ohio. Funeral Liturgy without Mass will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Teresa’s Catholic Church, 143 E. South St., Cadiz, Ohio with Rev. Fr. Timothy McGuire and Rev. Ted Whittaker officiating.
