Beatrice Kerwood, 86, of Jewett, died Friday, July 16, at Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz. She was born Sept. 3, 1923 in Hopedale, a daughter of the late Samuel and Emma Marie Mathews Raber. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ross Kerwood, Sr., her companion, John Cothran; two sons, Ross and John (J.B.) Kerwood and two brothers, Harold and Samuel Raber.
Friends may call Wednesday from 6 p.m. until time of memorial service at 7 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz. Rev. Samuel Betts will officiate. A full obituary will appear in the next edition of the Harrison News-Herald.
