Clarice Ada Anderson, 90, of New Athens, died Saturday at the Harrison County Home, Cadiz. She was born July 30, 1920 in Belmont County, a daughter of the late Oscar and Ada Glass Thornton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, T.C. “Pat” Anderson in 2004; a grandson, Eric L. Anderson; a brother, Lester Thornton; and three sisters, Erma Zeyer, Lucille Lewis and Eleanor Krinke.
Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Barry Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. A full obituary will appear in the next edition of the Harrison News-Herald.
