Rev. D. Scott George, 83, Lexington, Ky., died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospice. Rev. George pastored churches in the North East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Churches for years, serving churches in rural Carroll County, Freeport, South Bellaire, Scio and Steubenville (Finley United Methodist Church).
Friends may call at Finley United Methodist Church Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. with the Rev. P. Douglas George and Rev. Tom Crawford officiating.
