Flora Mae ‘Sis’ Norris, 91, of Noblesville, formerly of Cadiz, Ohio and Leesburg Florida, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on May 17, 1919 to William Lee Roy and Flora (Waller) Smith in Emerson, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, and husband, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Joseph Tacosik.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson’s Awareness Association, 4755 Kingsway Drive, #333, Indianapolis, Indiana 46205.
