Otha F. Prather, 87, of Cadiz, formerly of Scio, died Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at his home. He was born January 3, 1924 in Lexington, Kentucky, a son of the late William Edgar and Willa K. Sidebottom Prather.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Irene Dutton and Norma Boehmer.
Friends may call Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Chaplin George Romage officiating.
