Fred V. Bailey, 71, of Hopedale, Ohio passed away May 4, 2011 at his home. He was born December 19, 1939 in Mingo Junction, Ohio, to the late Stacy and Lenora (Carl) Bailey.
A memorial service for Fred will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Hopedale American Legion. Arrangements have been entrusted to Everhart-Bove funeral homes.
