Dallas W. “Jay” Moore, 83, of Cadiz, died Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at his home. He was born Sept. 6, 1927 in Charleston, W.Va., a son of the late Dallas W. Moore, Sr. and Dorothy Estella Haynes Moore.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Donley Moore; a son, Donald Moore, and a brother William Moore.
Friends may call Monday, June 27, 2011 2-8 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, where services will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Robert Hooker officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery near Hopedale. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jay Moore Memorial Fund, c/o David Moore, 813 Logan, Toronto, OH 43964.
