Darla Jean Snyder Leigh, 65, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, died Thursday, August 18, 2011, in Winchester Medical Center. Mrs. Leigh was born in1946 in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Thomas E. Snyder and Thelma L. Hall.
