Bernice E. Wolfe Carter, age 83 of Jewett died suddenly Tuesday, Sept 13, 2011 at the Cleveland Clinic. Born June 11, 1928 in Cadiz she was a daughter of the late Charles Emerson Wolfe and Mildred G. Thompson Wolfe.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years Doyle “Todd” Carter on Aug. 19, 1999; a son Frank E. Shiver, a sister Beulah Ankrom, infant siblings Beverly and Harry Wolfe and sisters-in-law Donna and Cheryl Wolfe.
