Fred Romshak of Flushing, left this world on Friday, Nov. 18,2011 three days after his 87th birthday, with his four remaining children at his side. He was born in Provident, Ohio on Nov. 15, 1924 to John and Anna Romshak.
In 1947 he married the love of his life, Dixie Mozingo and together, they raised six children in New Athens.
Private blessings with the Rev. Pete Tuchek of the House of the Shepherd were held at Holly Memorial Gardens, and Fred was laid to rest next to Dixie, Freddy Boy and Babby.
