Donald Eugene Smallwood, 80, of Harrisville, Ohio, died Wednesday November 23, 2011 at the Harrison County Home. He was born November 13, 1931, a son of the late Francis and Elsie Satterfield Smallwood.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lemoine Smallwood and a sister Ellen Whipkey.
