William “Bill” Mellinger, Jr., age 57, of Scio, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012 in Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville after a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
Services will be held Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Koch Funeral Home, Scio with Rev. Mark Statler officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Gardens, Jewett. Friends may call Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the National M. S. Society, P.O. Box 4527, New York, NY, 10163.
