Thelma Dunlap Berlin, 91, formerly of Cadiz, passed away on Feb. 29, 2012 at Weyrich Health Care Center, Westminster Village, Scottsdale, Ariz. She had been a resident of Arizona since 2004. She was born Aug. 7, 1920 in Nottingham Township, Harrison County, to Jacob Harrison “Harry” and Alice Moore Dunlap. Thelma graduated from Cadiz High School in 1937 and was married to Henry Edmond  “Ed” Berlin August 16, 1941.

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, her husband, Ed, in 1989 and her brother, G. Dale Dunlap of Annapolis, Maryland.

Visitation will be held at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home in Cadiz, from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2012. Services will be officiated by Pastor Richard Hasley at Scott United Methodist Church in Cadiz at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012. Burial will be at Cadiz Union Cemetery. For those so choosing, donations may be made to the Tree of Remembrance at Harrison Community Hospital, Westminster Village Scholarship Fund (c/o Westminster Village, 12000 N. 90th St., Scottsdale, AZ 85260), or the general fund of Scott United Methodist Church in lieu of flowers.
