David L. Moore, 63, of Toronto, died Friday March 16, 2012 in Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville. He was born Dec. 22, 1948 in Charleston, W.Va., son of Ruth Woods Moore Ratliff of Nettie, W.Va., who survives and the late Dallas Jay Moore.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother Donald Moore, his paternal grandparents Dallas and Estella Moore and by his niece Jackie Grimes.
Dave’s Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. in Toronto with Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating and burial followed in Toronto Union Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the family at: 515 E. Fernwood Dr. Toronto, OH 43964 to assist with his medical bills.
