Geraldine M. Steffl, 73, of Jefferson City died Sunday, April 22, 2012 at Heisinger Bluffs. She was born Sept. 16, 1938, in Adena, a daughter of Herman and Helen (Mardis) Jeskey, Sr. Geraldine was a graduate of Adena High School and attended Franklin Business College in Columbus, Ohio.
On Sept. 10, 1960, Geraldine was united in marriage in Adena, to Robert “Bob” Steffl, who survives at their home.
Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, where a prayer service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 26, 2012, at the Cathedral of St. Joseph Chapel with Fr. Clarence E. Wiederholt officiating. Entombment will follow in the Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum.
