Wayne (Happy) Davis, 96, Unionport, died Friday, April 27, 2012 peacefully at Andover Village Nursing Home, Andover, Ohio.
He was born in Unionport, Nov. 11, 1915, the son of the late Lloyd and Maude Johnson Davis. He was also preceded in death by his wife of over 55 years Gleana Stewart Davis; a son Gary Davis; three brothers, Albert, Donald and Glenn.
Friends may call at the Blackburn Funeral Home, Hopedale Monday, April 30, 2012 4-9 p.m. Those wishing to attend the funeral service will be at graveside (only) at the Unionport Cemetery on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Deborah Kellar officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Unionport United Methodist Church.
