Jeannie Wurschum, 74 of Cadiz, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2012 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville. She was born March 19, 1938 in Adena, a daughter of the late Earl and Hazel Cox Souders.
She was preceded in death in addition to her parents; by her husband, Charles Richard Wurschum; a son, Charles Brian Wurschum; a granddaughter, Brittany Nicole Corder; a brother, Charles Souders; and a sister, Grace Ann Souders.
Per her request private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place at Cadiz Union Cemetery. Arrangements by Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz.
