Geraldine Christy, 84, of Ashley, Ohio, formerly of Hopedale, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012 at the home of her son, Ralph in Hopedale. She was born March 15, 1928 in St. Clairsville, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gabel.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph (Spider) Christy, Sr. in 1977; a son, James Christy who was killed in the Viet Nam War; and several brothers and sisters.
Friends may call Monday, Nov. 26, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012 at 11 a.m. with Dean Blythe officiating.
