Rachel Ann Skinner, 54, of Cadiz, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Trinity Medical Center, West in Steubenville. She was born Aug. 31, 1958 in Steubenville, a daughter of the late John and Shirley Dunlap Sterling.
Friends may call Friday, March 8, 2013 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Harrison Hills United Pentecostal Church, 87800 Cadiz-Jewett Road, Jewett, where services will be held Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Kirt Denney officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale, Ohio. The memorial guestbook may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com.
