Barbara V. Wheeler, 73 of Cadiz died Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville. She was born Oct. 10, 1939 in Cadiz, a daughter of the late Charles Gross, II and Mary Rudolph Gross.
She was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by a son-in-law Ernie Hardwick and a stepson Marvin Wheeler.
Calling hours will be held Friday, March 15, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at St. James AME Church, 300 East Market Street, Cadiz where funeral service will be held Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. William Lewis and the Rev. Bernard Gaiton officiating. Burial will follow at Cadiz Union Cemetery.
