Paula E. “Winnie” (Banks) Crooms – Loving and caring mother and grandmother Paula E. “Winnie” (Banks) Crooms passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013, at her home in East Liverpool. Born in Cadiz, on Feb. 4, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Pauline Cooper-Banks.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles D. Crooms Sr.; four brothers Peter, Timothy, Phillip and John and four sisters; Mary, Jeanette, Mildred and Ora.
Paula’s life will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2013, at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, Pa., where her family will receive friends that day from 11 a.m. up until the time of the service.
