Cecil Clyde Mills, 87, of Cadiz, died Friday, May 3, 2013 at Lifeline Hospital in Wintersville. He was born Feb. 26, 1926 in Cadiz, a son of the late Sylvester and Oma Mills.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Lloyd, Troy, and Virgil Mills and a sister, Opal Moore.
Friends may call Monday, May 6, 2013 4-8 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. with Evangelist Charles Newell officiating. Burial will follow at Cadiz Union Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.clark-kirkland.com.
