Peggy L. Booth, age 77, of Uhrichsville, died late Thursday afternoon, May 23, 2013 in her residence after her struggle with Parkinson’s Disease. She was born March 14, 1936 in Carlisle, Indiana and was the daughter of the late William and Pansy Critchfield Manuel.
Her husband, James E. Booth, whom she married December 25, 1952, passed away on June 27, 1991. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a step-daughter Bonnie Newton, two brothers Charles and Earl Manuel, and two sisters, Joan Smith and Mary Blevans.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, May 28, 2013 in the Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home at Sherrodsville with Rev. Michael Ladson officiating. Interment followed in the Tunnel Hill Cemetery near Bowerston.
