Charles “Chuck” Foster, 94, of Flushing, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013. He was born January 29, 1919.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, his loving wife, Sara, companion, Beulah Hall, grandsons, Greggory Franz and Luke Foster.
Friends will be received Sunday, July 7, 2013 from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at 3:30 p.m., officiated by Dr. Tony Robbins, at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home & Crematory, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950. Military services will be conducted prior to the service, at 3:15 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, Alzheimer’s Association or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
