John Stanley Rotkoski, 40, of New Philadelphia, formerly of Cadiz, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013 at his home. He was born Jan. 4, 1973 in Bellaire, a son of John and Rose Marchese Rotkoski of Cadiz.
