Patricia Lynn “Trish” Carter, 59, of Cadiz died Sunday, January 19, 2014 at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born November 11, 1954 in Martins Ferry, Ohio a daughter of Letha Wilson Fulton and the late C. Howard Fulton.
Friends may call Wednesday from 3-7 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jon Little officiating. Burial will follow at Cadiz Union Cemetery. An FOE Auxiliary Service will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cadiz FOE, 149 E. Market St., Cadiz, OH 43907.
