Michael James Oszust, age 84, of Uhrichsville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014, at Community Hospice House in New Philadelphia, following a lengthy illness.
Born on October 6, 1929, at Duncan Wood, Ohio, Mike is the son of the late Michael G. and Nellie (Dayton) Oszust.
In addition to his parents, Mike is preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.
Funeral services for Mike were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 17, 2014, at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville, with Rev. Scot Caley officiating. Burial took place at Longview Cemetery in New Athens. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Tuscarawas County, 716 Commercial Ave., SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio, 44663 and the Alzheimer’s Association, 70 W. Streetsboro St., Suite 201, Hudson, Ohio, 44236.
