James A. Smith, 74, of Cadiz, died Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville. He was born June 2, 1939 in McIntyre, Ohio, a son of the late Minnie White.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, “Dump” Smith.
A memorial service will be held on a date to be announced.
