Norman Steer, age 69, of Pataskala, died peacefully on Thursday, May 1, 2014 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Wheeling, W.Va. and raised in Cadiz, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Reginald W. and Margaret L. (Pennington) Steer.
The family is planning a Celebration of Life Service to take place early this summer. Arrangements by Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, Pataskala, Ohio.
