Merle Edgar Lehmer, age 93, formally of near Freeport, died Wednesday, June 25, 2014 peacefully at Community Hospice at New Philadelphia after being a resident of Sunnyslope Nursing Home, Bowerston.  He was born July 11, 1920 at Harrisburg, Pa. to the late Merle Edgar Lehmer, Sr. and Mary Kathleen Losh Lehmer. Friends may call at the Bond Funeral Home, Londonderry, Saturday from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home Sunday, June 29, 2014, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jim McConnell officiating.
