Perry J. Parrish, 49, of Cadiz, died Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at his home. He was born June 9, 1965 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late John Stanley and Alberta Hawthorne Parrish.
Perry was a member of Mt. Shiloh Baptist Church in Cadiz, was the former Director of Patient Accounts at Harrison Community Hospital and was a former employee of the Orrick Law Firm. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Surviving are his wife, Pamela Hysong Parrish; 2 sons: John and Matthew Parrish, both of Cadiz; a daughter, Brianna Parrish of Canton; 4 brothers: Roger (Ruth Ann) Parrish of Columbus, Dave (Dianna) Parrish of Jewett, Gary (Gretta) Parrish of Cambridge and Craig (Diane) Parrish of Watha, NC; a sister, Barbara Sampson of Watha, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Clint Marshall officiating.
