Curtis Alan Bauer, 43, of Alliance, Ohio, formerly of Cadiz, Ohio, died Friday evening, the result of an automobile accident. He was born March 3, 1972 in Wheeling, W.Va., a son of Dennis and Suzanne Daugherty Bauer of Cadiz. Curtis worked at Allied Heating and Cooling as an HVAC Technician in Mansfield, Ohio. He was a former employee of Harrison Community Hospital and Rogers Western Auto in Cadiz. He was motorcycle enthusiast, involved in Harley Davidson Motorcycle groups.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Marcus Bauer of Flushing and Anthony Bauer of New Philadelphia; two granddaughters: Aubree Lee Stealey and Hailie Renee Bauer; a brother, James (Lisa) Bauer and their sons, Brandon and Anthony all of Dawsonville, Ga.; and two sisters, Karen (Michael) Minter and children: Jeffrey Jordan, Jalen Jenkins, Jasmine Thrower and Kalena Minter all of Charlotte, NC and Anjanette (Ray) Myers and daughters: Raychel and Marissa Meyers all of Cadiz.

Friends will be received Thursday from 1-3 and 5 until time of service at 7 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, with Rev. Craig Haney officiating.
