Boy Scout Leader

Glen Raoul Williamson, 69, of Muskogee, Okla., formerly of Jewett, died peacefully at his home in October 14, 2015. He was born Sept. 17, 1946 in Canajoharie, NY. His family moved to Jewett where he and his brother, Jim delivered newspapers all over town for years. Glen enjoyed many different activities: gardening, playing board games, creating large and small stained glass projects and camping. He loved being outdoors with family and friends and for many years served as a Boy Scout leader. He always answered “Fantastic!” when questioned “How are you?”

Glen moved to Muskogee in the 1970’s where he served as the Building Superintendent of the Boulevard Christian Church and later held the same position at Fairhaven Christian Manor. He was an integral part of the ministry of Boulevard for 40 years and had a positive impact on numerous people through his service and practical wisdom.
