Thomas Wayne Ault, Sr., 61, of Belmont, Ohio, died peacefully, Friday, June 17, at his home. Born July 17, 1954 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, he was the son of the late James Elmer Ault and Ethel Luvina (Monahan) Ault.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Sue Ault.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 42 years, Stephanie (Nucci) Ault of Belmont, Ohio; daughter Tracy Lynn (Miguel) Negron of Akron, Ohio; son, Thomas Wayne (Susan) Ault, Jr. of Belmont, Ohio; grandchildren, Gavin, Drake, Chloe, Mason, and Emmalyn; sisters, Donna Lee (Tharen) Hupp, Judy (Russell) Hicks, Mary (Jeff) Thomas; brothers, James (Sue) Ault and Gary (Beverly) Ault.

A loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother, he was a “jack of all trades”, skilled with the gift of being able to fix anything. He loved his dog, Mojo, fishing and wildlife, especially eagles as he would watch them soar, a symbol of power and freedom.

Family and friends are welcome to visit, Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio, where the service for Thomas will be conducted, Wednesday at 11 a.m. Reverend Theresa Bobot will be officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, Ohio.
