Charles L. “Bud” Ledger, 80, of Cadiz, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021 at Trinity West in Steubenville, Ohio. Bud was born Jan. 15, 1941 in Cadiz, a son of the late Leonard and Wanda Mary Cologie Ledger.

Bud started his working career at McCombs Chevrolet, Rose Valley Mine, and then Goodyear Rubber in Akron, Ohio.
