Multi-instrumentalist Keith Barnett will be in concert Sept. 19 at the Carroll County Airport Restaurant and Sept. 20 at the Carroll County Arts Center.
Barnett will present an open air (weather permitting) free concert “On the Porch and Over Easy” from 5-6:30 p.m. Barnett will perform a variety of songs from over the years and some of his own.
The Airport Restaurant will hold a customer appreciation and provide hot dogs, chips, etc. The public is invited to fly in, drive in, and walk in for the summer concert. Guests should bring their own lawn chairs.

Barnett will present “Junk from the Trunk” on the veranda of the Arts Center beginning at 5 p.m. He will perform a wide range of songs from the 1950s through current artists including folk, British Invasion era, and his own compositions. A special musical tribute will be given to Bob Dylan. Guests are asked to bring a lawn chair. Parking at the Arts Center is limited. Overflow parking will be in the Rosebud parking lot on High St. for this concert only. Donations will benefit Carroll County Arts. The Arts Center is located on W. Main St., Carrollton. Barnett began performing at age 12 in 1965. “Music has changed tremendously over the years, particularly in how it is recorded and marketed,” he stated. “But the one thing that remains the same is that it is still played note per note.” The concerts are presented by the Carroll County Arts Center and Carroll County Airport Restaurant in conjunction with Featherstitch Productions.
