Selby, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the 27th of May, 2016, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in Case Number 16CVE28516 in the Carroll County Common Pleas Court, alleging that Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 516 North Reed, Malvern, OH 44644, and also known as Parcel Number 07-0000578.000 of the Auditor’s Records of Carroll County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to the mortgage filed in Book 401, Page 658, on the 14th day of July, 2003, in the Recorder’s Office of Carroll County, Ohio.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) Jill E. Harris and Kenneth W. Harris, deceased, in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendant(s) named upon are required to answer on or before the 15th day of September, 2016, or a judgement may be rendered as prayed for herein.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Ray Avenue Waterline Replacement for the Village of Carrollton will be received by the Village Administrator in the Carrollton Municipal Building at 80 Second Street SW, Carrollton, Ohio 44615 until noon, local time, August 4, 2016 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read.

The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the replacement of approximately 807 lineal feet of 6” waterline, 145 lineal feet of water service pipe and 1 fire hydrant.

Copies of the Contract Documents are on file in the Carrollton Municipal Building at 80 Second St. SW, Carrollton, Ohio 44615; in the office of Engineering Associates, Inc., 1935 Eagle Pass, Wooster, Ohio 44691; and in the Dodge and Builders Exchange offices and are available for inspection by prospective bidders. Contract Documents may be purchased from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc. for a cost of $60.00 per set, none of which is refundable.
