Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to the mortgage filed in OR Book 76, Page 4774, on the 1st day of December, 2011 in the Recorder’s Office of Carroll County, Ohio.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of Willie E. Nelson, Sr., deceased, and Merna M. Nelson, deceased, in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendant(s) named upon are required to answer on or before the 12th day of May, 2016, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein.

ADVERTISEMENT TO BID

 

Sealed Bids for the construction of Courtview Drive Sanitary Sewer Replacement for the Village of Carrollton will be received by the Village Administrator in the Carrollton Municipal Building at 80 Second Street S.W., Carrollton, Ohio 44615 until noon, local time, April 21, 2016 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read.

The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the replacement of approximately 376 lineal feet of 10” sanitary sewer, 130 lineal feet of sanitary laterals and 2 sanitary manholes.

The estimated construction cost for this project is $63,400.00.

($50.00) for each set. All bids shall comply with the requirements of such specifications.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of 1) a certified check, or cashier’s check, or letter of credit, equal to 10% of the bid; or 2) a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid; both forms of guaranty as provided in Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code and in the project specifications. The amount of the bid for said guaranty purposes shall include all additive and deductive alternates. All bid guaranties shall be conditioned that if the bid is accepted within sixty (60) days of the bid opening, a proper contract shall be executed, and that upon failure or refusal to enter into said contract within ten (10) days after receipt of notification of award, the bidder and the surety on any

bond shall be liable to the Schools in an amount not to exceed 10% of the bid.

 

Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin.

 

All bids shall comply with all of the requirements of the drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

 

The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
