Rev. Thomas E. Wallace, 66, passed away May 6, 2016, after an extended illness.
He had been a resident of Majora Lane Nursing Center in Millersburg.
Tom graduated from Carrollton High School and attended several schools of higher learning. He pastored a number of churches in the United Methodist Church East Ohio Conference, including the Macksburg charge and ending his ministry at Nashville United Methodist Church, Holmes County.
He is survived by his children, Michael (Tami) of Findlay, Jonathan (Hollie) of Youngstown, Charity (Matt) of Mariemont and Danara of Lakeville; five grandchildren; a sister, Judy Wallace of Niwot, CO; and a brother, Richard (Diane) Wallace of Magnolia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emerson and Dorothy (McClester) Wallace; and his wife, Darlene (Pallaye) Wallace in January 2015.
A funeral service was held May 11 in Nashville United Methodist Church. Burial followed in Herrington Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Alexander Funeral Home in Millersburg was in charge of services.
